Great Cullohill participation in this year's Handball Féile na nGael.

Charlie Dunne, Daniel Holland, Darragh Phelan and Daithí Russell competed in the Boys Division 6 representing Cullohill Handball Club.

Lucy Lafferty, Aoife Holland and Beth Phelan competed in the Girls Division 2 representing St. Brigid's Handball Club, Monavea.

Congratulations to one and all.

The Handball Féile na nGael took place in Cork last week with Laois represented by St Brigid’s, Monavea in the girls’ competition and by Cullohill in the boys’ competition.

Great Success for Cullohill participants at the Laois Fleadh in Clonaslee at the weekend.

Congratulations to Kyle Whelan who came 1st in the U15 Whistle and Katie Mahon who came 3rd Highly Recommended in the U12 Fiddle Slow Airs both representing Cullohill Comhaltas.

Congratulations to Sophie Ellis and Violet Kruger O'Connell who came 1st in the 8 Hand Céilí Dancing, Ladies U15 and 1st and 2nd respectively in the 4 Hand Céilí Dancing,Ladies U15 representing Comhaltas, Portlaoise Branch.

All 4 go through to represent Laois in the Leinster Fleadh in June.
