Thursday night just gone was a ctackin night to say the least. With evidence of the previous bank holiday quiet apparent, we still had a great night of great ballads and folk songs from the two johns, Noel and Clare. And a wonderful piece from one of our very attentive audience.. Annyhow, ye missed a great night, but dont pannic, there will be plenty more where that came from

Foxs lounge Ballads and folk.

Dont forget to drop in to Foxs lounge on Flowerhill in Navan, tomorrow night (Thursday) for more great ballads and folk songs and music.
We normally have 6 or 7 musician/singers any Thursday night, all of whom would have their own preferences in music and songs, which makes for a night of great diversity among musical styles, artists etc, thus providing a great night of music and craic to be enjoyed by all. We are always open for requests, and anyone who wishes to sing a song may do so. There is lots of free parking at the rear, and we kick off at 9.30pm every Thursday night. So hopefully we might see some of ye later.

Tomorrow night Thursday 30th April, officially the last day of Spring, and presently the weather is neh too bad at all😂😂. So I hope ye are all in a good humour and rarin for a few good tunes. If so, then Foxs lounge on Flowerhill in Navan, is th ONLY place to be tomorrow night (Thursday). We have music and song for everyone, all your favourite ballads, folk and country, requests accepted, and if ya fancy singing a song yourself just let us know and we can play along. Stacks of free parking at rear also. So why not pop in and enjoy a great night of music and song.

Fox's Ballad and Folk.

Great loss to the music industry this week as Moya Brennan of Clannad passes away. Moya, along with that wonderful band, were instrumental in putting Irish traditional rock on the world music map. It really is not the kind of stuff that we would do, but we will remember her tomorrow night (Thursday) in Foxs lounge on Flowerhill in Navan, as we bang out all your favourite ballad, country and folk numbers. We kick off at 9.30pm as always, and there is plenty of parking at rear. Looking forward to seeing some of ye there tomorrow night

FOX'S LOUNGE BALLAD AND FOLK

First of all may I extend our condolences to the family and friends of the late Frank Powderly, who passed away recently. Frank was very well known as a bar owner, operator and barman, of more years than I care to remember, and he will be remembered by many.
Rest In Peace, Frank.
We will remember him at our weekly session tomorrow night (thursday) in Foxs lounge on Flowerhill, where we will as usual, be playing and singing all your favourites. As always, we kick off at 9.30pm and there is plenty of parking at rear. So hopefully we will see some of ye there

We took a bit of a break last week to watch the footy, unfortunately though, it wasn't the result we were lookin for. We are back in full swing tomorrow night as usual, with all your favourite songs and ballads at Foxs lounge on Flowerhill in Navan. Of course, it is easter week again, so im sure that some of your favourite ballads will pop up during the evening, feel free to make a request for any song, and we will do our best to get it done for you. So 9.30pm tomorrow night (Thursday) is kick off time, and there is plenty of free car parking at rear. See ye then
