👀 If you're heading to the Marquee to see Bell X1 tonight, come say hello to some committee members who will be there collecting!
We are so grateful to be allowed to spread awareness of not only relay but how cancer can affect all of us 💜

Tomorrow we play our first full band show without Glenn, since he started playing with us in 2016.
We will lean into the beautiful thing that is a shared musical experience, with our friend Cormac Curran joining us on keys & guitar.

The Irish Cancer Society will be collecting donations at all of our summer shows - Sligo, Limerick, Cork, Dublin & Galway.

🚴‍♀️It's that time of year again, Spinathon time!🚴‍♂️ Call down Main Street in Midleton on the 27th of June and cheer on our cyclists.👏 Funds raised will be going towards our Relay for Life in September, so if you see a bucket, any change will help 💜

🎗An important part of Relay are our survivors! 🤗They come from every walk of life, and every corner of Cork, even members of our committee are survivors!💜 We celebrate them at Relay every year, and they do our first lap! 🥇

🕯Candle bags are a simple way we and our teams fundraise 🕯 but they make the biggest impact. 👣They line the track we walk around for 24 hours, every lap your eye finds a different reason to keep going - the decorated names remembering people and supporting people affected by cancer.🎗 1 bag = 1 person affected by cancer.

💛People who attend our candle of hope ceremony and see all the bags lit up in the night usually feel the impact of what we are walking for 💜 Join us this year and purchase a candle bag from our committee or a team local to you.🤝 Come down on the day to see your bag in the track, and it light up in the evening🌟

🔴No matter where you're from in Cork, you can be a part of Relay. Remember, it's a WALKING relay!⚪
👥Make a team or friends, family or colleagues and start fundraising!
🙋‍♂️Want to participate solo? Join the Lone Rangers, a team made up of single participants!🤠
🕯Candle bags are a huge part of Relay (they will be available closer to our Relay), but buy, decorate and bring your bag to Relay, and it will be a part of our Circle of Hope!☺️
💸 Fundraise however you want as a team! Cake sales, craft sales, coffee mornings - whatever style you want. 🍰
🫂Just come down and support. It's a 24-hr Relay, you can spare a minute to call down and support the teams participating!👏
