Join Nadia of Yoganamara for a ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐น๐ฎ๐
๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฏ๐ฌ-๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐๐๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐ด๐ฎ ๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป as part of our festival, taking place on Saturday 20th June from 12:00 to 12:30.
Nadia has been a certified Yoga teacher since 2008, with extensive experience including trauma-sensitive and pregnancy Yoga. She creates inclusive sessions designed so that everyone can take part.
This session focuses on simple ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ๐ณ๐๐น ๐บ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐, ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ด, and ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐น๐ฎ๐
๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป making it ideal for beginners or anyone curious about trying Yoga for the first time as well as for more experienced practitioners.
For the relaxation portion at the end, you are welcome to bring a Yoga mat, towel, or blanket if you would like to lie down more comfortably. However, this is completely optional, and you are equally welcome to relax directly on the grass.
While the session is open to all members of the community, it is best suited to adults and older teens.
All movements can be adapted for ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด, ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ด๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฑ, or from a ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฒ๐น๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฟ and wheelchair users are very welcome.
Nadiaโs approach is gentle, supportive, and adaptable, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and able to move at their own pace in a friendly, community-focused environment.
