Help Build Blood Supplies Ahead of St Patrick’s Day –Ballybunion Monday 16th March.
As hospitals prepare for the busy St Patrick’s Day period, the need to build blood stocks in advance is especially important.
2026 has seen a spike in demand for blood.
The Irish Blood Transfusion Service is asking donors both existing & first time to attend these Kerry clinics.
A strong turnout now will help ensure hospitals have the blood supplies they need over the coming weeks around St Patrick’s Day.

The Blood Transfusion Service are under pressure to maintain supply of all types of blood to Irish hospitals.

Former UK residents now welcome to donate.
Blood donors who may not have donated in a while are being urged to donate now.
