Kilkenny Potters Market 2026 is searching for Potters!

Applications are now open for our 2026 market - taking place on Sunday 9th August on The Parade, Kilkenny City!
Are you a Potter/Ceramic Artist looking for a place to sell your work this summer? KPM is an annual one-day event that’s become a highlight of the AKA Fringe festival, and overlaps with the busy Kilkenny Arts Week and August Craft Month roster.

Applications close on Saturday 11th April 6pm!

We have 26 places along The Parade, as spaces are limited and demand is high, applicants will be chosen by a panel. All applicants must have public liability insurance and a gazebo (this is an outdoor market!).
We welcome shared stall applications as long as both potters have valid insurance.

Successful applicants will be asked to fill out a casual trading license form and provide the €85 stall fee by Saturday 2nd May.

A date for your diaries, just over a month until we’ll be filling The Parade with pottery! This year’s market will be a ONE DAY ONLY EVENT, so make sure you’re there to avoid disappointment.
Sunday 10th August will be the day to find 26 of Ireland’s most exciting potters and their work for sale in the heart of Kilkenny City.
We’ll be posting about who the chosen potters are and their incredible work in the coming weeks so keep an eye out for updates.

Applications are now open for Kilkenny Potters Market 2025!🥂
The market will be a one day event on The Parade in Kilkenny City,
Sunday 10th August, 10am - 5pm.

You can find the link to the Google Form in our bio✨

Applicants must have up to date public liability insurance and a gazebo. The fee per vendor will be €85 (payable upon a successful application).

*Closing date for applications is Sunday 25th May at 12pm*

Please note that an application does not guarantee your place at the market, an email detailing whether your application has been successful will be sent to you after the deadline, Sunday 25th May. If your application is successful, you will be required to complete a council vendor form and send us a copy of your up to date insurance policy.
