📍Welcome to .ie 2024 at the beautiful

Is this is a dream? A part of me doesn’t believe this happening. .ie came about from an idea I had last July 2023 in the height of my cancer journey

So I went ahead and set up the domain and worked hard. I don’t know a lot about event management so I bumped into Bee O’Grady one day in the supermarket the esteemed owner of and I said “Bee Bee I have this amazing idea” and I pitched it to her briefly & then I wrecked her head with ideas. She eventually gave in & gave me a date to hold .ie as a food festival was something she dreamt about too.

Now I know there are a lot of fantastic food festivals out there but this is the first of its kind to come to Ireland. We want to show people this weekend how healthy food has the power to bring people together and to transform your health.

Tonight we have the Masterchef dinner evening where the BBC Masterchef contestants will cook up a 4 course Michelin style dinner with welcome drinks, live music and dancing. SOLD out.

There are tickets available for only €10 pp purchase on our website www.foodiefest.ie to access all masterclasses & cooking demos & workshops and talks. Don’t miss out this is a weekend packed full of fun for all the family & bring your doggies.

It’s happening I’ve butterflies in my belly - this would not have been possible without my wonderful talented friend & all the MasterChefs who flew in from the UK to support me. To from Oz. 📍Join me at .ie this May Bank Holiday weekend where I will be on main stage as your host for the weekend.

We are so excited what a line up instore for the weekend with the BBC Masterchef contestants flying in to join us from the UK with the man behind the camera to capture the fabulous memories of the day. Tony is camera man to some of the worlds most famous celebrity chefs like and and it means so much to me that they are all joining me to support me for my very first festival with my friend and co-owner the lovely Bee O’Grady owner of

As you know I don’t do anything in halves when I’m in on something I throw my heart and soul into it and I promise you all it’s going to be so much fun for all the family. There is an incredible amount of work gone into this by everyone.

Evening dinner tickets for Saturday 4th May are SOLD out thank you to everyone who supported and can’t wait to meet you all.

For me this the icing on the cake to put to bed my year of hell with cancer and all the trauma, stress and anxiety that comes with it. This weekend is a celebration of food for the mind, body and soul and how healthy food has the power to bring everyone together.
