Be part of something special as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of Savour Kilkenny!

We’re now inviting artisan food producers and street food vendors from across Ireland to apply for a place at the iconic Savour Market, returning to The Parade and Castle Road on Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th October.

Set against the stunning backdrop of Kilkenny Castle, this vibrant open-air market is one of Ireland’s most loved food experiences – welcoming thousands of visitors for a weekend of tasting, shopping, and celebration.

Paul Flynn cooked up some exquisite dishes included Cheats Ravioli with Goats Cheese, Sage, Lemon and Parmesan, Duck Risotto with Cabbage, Smithwicks and Salami and Orange Panna Cotta with Roasted Figs and Thyme, carefully paired with a selection of Smithwicks Ale by a beer expert.
