Granard Harp Festival 2019
The first Harp Festival in Ireland was held in Granard in 1781, and also in 1782 and 1785. It was revived in 1981 led by parish priest Canon Gilfinan and the Trustees of the Granard Harp Festival. It ran for many years & Harp School established also.
