Paralympics Ireland is the National Paralympic Committee for Ireland, dedicated to supporting high-performance athletes with disabilities to achieve success on the world stage. From the Paralympic Games to international competitions, they provide leadership, training, and resources to help athletes reach their full potential while championing inclusion and equality through sport.

We’re excited to share that Paralympics Ireland will be delivering live demonstrations at the Every1Counts Hub at . This is a fantastic opportunity to witness the skill, determination, and innovation behind Paralympic sport, as well as being an opportunity to try out the sports on display. At Marsi Bionics, we develop technology for paediatric exoskeletons for children with motor disabilities.

Our devices for clinical use and daily living, ATLAS 2030 and EXPLORER, enable many young children to stand and walk for the first time. A unique experience of inclusion, participation and independence for children and families that improves lives and goes beyond simply standing and walking.

At this year’s EACD, we will showcase our devices, share how we work, discuss our experience with our technology across seven countries, and outline our vision for the future regarding social innovation.

Since 2016, Wheelchair Hurling Limerick has been providing local children with the chance to try our national game. Now it’s coming to the Experience Village!
