So the building that was The Poets' House has now been sold. It's the end of a era but what a mighty time it was. It's been amazing hosting readings again over the past two years and I could not have done it without the help and time of our wonder poets: Janice Fitzpatrick Simmons, Martin Mooney, Greagoir O'Duill, Moyra Donaldson, Michelle Mitchell-Foust, Derek Dew, Ciaran Berry, Stephen Sexton, Karen Blaney and Chris Allen. I am hoping to put together a cheesy movie of all the readings soon. And of course I must also thank all those wonderful friends, family and guests who came and made the evenings so wonderful.

So the summer festivities have come to an end. We had two wonderful readings. A huge thanks to Ciaran Berry and Janice Fitzpatrick Simmons, who made the Saturday a wonderful day of workshops, followed by a great reading by Ciaran. To our Sunday readers: Karen Blaney, Stephen Sexton and Chris Allen, it was a great to make room for new voices. All the poets made me feel privileged to listen. Most importantly, I am grateful to those who attended and filled the long hall. There are too many of you wonderful people. More photos and videos to come.
