Last weekend, our amazing Reservations Co-Ordinator, Mairead arranged something truly memorable. She connected Aston Villa legend, Paul McGrath with one of our families who were visiting us for the first time since having a loss in the family🤍
It was an emotional return to the Riverside Park Hotel and meeting their hero made the day extra special✨
We're so proud to be part of moments like these, because it's not just about a stay, it's about creating memories that matter.
