What a crowd 💛 Once again, blown away by the support that Darkness into Light - Marlay Park and Pieta. receive each year! So many people show up in solidarity to remember loved ones lost, and to create awareness of the services that Pieta provides - life-saving, self-harm-preventing, bereavement-counselling services that are available free of charge. It is truly an incredible charity that we must cherish and support. Thank you to all who do this year after year.

What a morning we had in the park on May 9 for our 12th Darkness into Light. We are beyond grateful to the members of the Rathfarnham Gospel Choir who, once again, played a blinder and created such a special atmosphere for all. We know it was a heavy and tough week for you guys, and we really do appreciate your support, and your beautiful and heartfelt music and song. Much love to you all 💛

FUNDRAISING MILESTONE - THANK YOU

It’s been a minute! We hope you have all been well and enjoyed a beautiful summer. We have some news which we hope will brighten up this gloomy Saturday. We received official confirmation from Pieta this week that the amount raised at Darkness into Light Marlay Park in May 2025 is...€126,870.

In addition, the total amount of money raised since 2015 when the first event took place in Marlay Park is €1,082,479.80!

This is an incredible amount of money that has helped Pieta to continue to provide vital suicide-prevention, suicide-bereavement and self-harm-reduction services. These are all provided free of charge because of your continued support for Darkness into Light. Thank you all so much.
