2020 University Championships is fast approaching and this years meet is set to be the best yet with three teams all with a chance of winning the title

The last few years we have been home to and where they have grow into bigger and stronger clubs with multiple lifters represententing Ireland

Our University numbers have gone from strength to strength with over 60 athletes competitng for their respected teams currently following our training system

We are excited to host this year's Uni Champs and look for to an epic battle

DCU's President Cillian Duffy, PRO Philip O'Kelly and the Humongous Jamie Keatley gearing up for Junior Nationals with A.B.S Powerlifting!

2019 A.B.S Junior National Team.

This years team features a lot of new lifters with only one Irish capped lifter in the team.

Excited to see this young group step up and fill the gap left by our more experienced juniors this year.

Overall we will have 22 lifters competitng in 5 classes U21, U23, M1, M2, M3.

Vito competed in the 2018 and 2019 University Championships winning the U83 Class in 2019. Vito finished 3rd overall in the Under 21 Championship in 2018.

Mark made his debut to the at the February Leinster Championships winning the Open 105 class then a few weeks later finishing runner up in the University Championship despite taking it handy he managed to break the Junior Bench record.

Mark is also 1/2 of .masters
