The 8th International Conference on Modern Approach in Humanities and Social Sciences (ICMHS) which is held on 26-28 July 2024 in Dublin, Republic of Ireland is keen to create a platform for academics, researchers, engineers, industrial participants, and students to share their research findings with the global experts.

All full paper submissions will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research depth, accuracy, and relevance with the theme of the conference. We invite full and developmental papers, extended abstracts as well as case study presentations in English.

The conference is seeking submissions related to the following conference topics:

Please welcome ICMHS conference Keynote speaker Assc.Prof. Dr. Nejla PEKA, who is The head of the Department of Public Law at the Faculty of Law, “Luarasi” University, Tirana 🇦🇱 She will present her research about children's rights in conflicts with her speech titled "Guaranteeing the Rights of the Children in Conflict with the Law based in the New Juvenile Justice Code."

Prof. Assc.Dr. Nejla PEKA completed her higher studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana. She defended the scientific degree “Doctor of Legal Sciences” in Public Law, Faculty of Law, University of Tirana and won the scientific title “Associate Professor” in the field of law.

In 2007, she was invited by the International Studies Center at “Georgia Southern University”, Georgia, USA, to hold open lectures about governance, the political system, and the rule of law in Albania, at this university.

Since 1997 until 2018, she was a civil servant in the middle management category in the Prime Minister’s Building, specifically a lawyer in the Legislation and Regulatory Acts Unit in the Council of Ministers, Regulatory and Compliance Department in the Prime Minister’s Office.

The humanities and social sciences conferences are seeking submissions related to the following conference topics:

Social Sciences
Humanities
Language and Literature

Other related tracks and topics will also be considered.

Submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. If the abstract is accepted, the author agrees to send full-text paper, including results, tables, figures and references. All submissions should report original and previously unpublished research results no matter the type of research paper you are presenting. Full-text papers (.docx and .doc) will be accepted by Electronic Submission Form. Manuscripts should meet the format set by the Conference committee and are subject to review.

To make sure that your submissions are received and reviewed, please submit as easy as possible. By submitting a paper, all authors also agree that at least one author would attend the conference.

Covid 19 affects our lives to this day. This enormous challenge creates a need of research and information - in response to this we are proud to present conference Keynote speaker Dr. Luca Serafini with his speech "Covid-19, mass media and communication of science: the case of conflicts between scientists in Italy."

Dr. Luca Serafini is a postdoctoral researcher at University of Naples Federico II and an adjunct professor at Lumsa University of Rome, where he teaches Sociology of New Media and Journalism. He was also a visiting researcher at Goldsmiths University of London. His research focuses on changes in the languages and practices of information in digital media. He is the author of two books and articles published in international journals such as Theory, Culture & Society, Journal of The British Society for Phenomenology, H-Ermes. Journal of Communication. Most recently, he edited and translated the Italian edition of Sinan Aral’s book The Hype Machine: How social media Disrupts Our Elections, Our Economy, and Our Health – and How We Must Adapt (Edizioni Guerini, 2021).
