Delighted to inform you that Slaintecare Healthy Communities, Ballyfermot Community Civic Centre and Sports partnership have been working in collaboration with parkHITT to register the People’s Park as a parkHITT location.

What is parkHIIT? ParkHITT is a free outdoor interval training session based around bodyweight resistance exercise.

Start date Saturday 20/1/24 at 9.30am.
