There are many ways to cater for a corporate event, whether it's buffet style, a sit down 3 course meal, canapes or even a backyard BBQ!

For this particular event the promoters opted on having a number of street food vendors which worked out perfectly!
(well they did have 2,000 hungry souls to feed)
