Most clothing and accessories can be swopped, providing items are in immaculate condition, in season, and reasonably on trend. Unfortunately, we cannot accept: budget clothing, worn footwear, lingerie, or piercing jewellery. For ethical reasons, we do not accept animal fur products, though faux fur is accepted.
