Completed in 2002, The Helix plays host to all manners of arts performance from music to theatre and also functions as conference centre. The Helix has three areas for live performances:

The Mahony Hall (1260 seats),
The Theatre (450 seats), and
The Space (140 seats). Recent performers include Second Age Theatre Company, Fishamble The New Play Company, Andy McKee, Tommy Emmanuel, The Blanks and

many more. We have numerous events throughout the year and pride ourselves on the diversity of our program.

Kurt Wagner of Lambchop returns in Spring 2027 with a European tour of intimate piano concerts. After a run of memorable shows, including appearances at Londonโ€™s Barbican and Primavera Sound, Lambchop return to Europe and the UK for a new series of intimate performances.

Kurt Wagner will once again be joined by Minneapolis-based musician and producer Andrew Broder, his close collaborator on the recent Lambchop albums The Bible and Showtunes. Together theyโ€™ve developed a live approach that feels loose, curious and alive, where songs can stretch, shift and quietly transform from night to night.
Taking place in intimate venues across Europe and the UK, these shows offer a rare chance to experience Lambchop up close, Kurt Wagnerโ€™s unmistakable voice and song writing at the centre, with Broderโ€™s inventive textures expanding the music into new territory.
