Congratulations to Ridgeway Wagyu on their Gold Medal at the World Steak Challenge. We are very fortunate to have them as our Wagyu Burger supplier at the festival and delighted to see a local Donard company making waves on the global stage. 🏅👏👏👏

We are incredibly proud to announce that our Ridgeway Wagyu Rib Eye has won GOLD at the World Steak Challenge in Amsterdam.

This is a huge achievement for Ridgeway Wagyu and a proud moment for us all. Taking home Gold on the world stage is a true testament to the exceptional quality, flavour and craftsmanship behind our Wagyu beef.

Just got confirmation we're bringing a top, top Dutch bluegrass group to Donard for their debut Irish performance having toured extensively at festivals in Netherlands, Germany, Denmark and Norway. Details will be announced in due course.
