On Friday October 4th a team of 'leisure' cyclists will commen

ce a demanding two-day 300km charity cycle which will take them on a tour of Kerry, to include the climbs of Coomaciste, Molls Gap and finally the Conor Pass. Day 1
First day will take cyclist from Dingle, to Inch (25k), Castlemaine (44k), Milltown (47k), Killorglin (55k), Cahirciveen (95k), Waterville (111k), climbing Coomacaiste (distance 7.3k, 689 ft, Max Gradient: 11.2%), Caherdaniel (125k), Sneem (146k), and Kenmare (173k). Day 2
Second day will take cyclist from Kenmare, Molls Gap (distance 10k, 860 ft, Max Gradient: 9.4%), Killarney (33k), Farranfore (47k), Tralee (60k), Conor Pass (distance 5.6k, 1167 ft, Max Gradient: 6.3%), finishing in Dingle (113k). Participants will each collect individual sponsorship and the tour will be accompanied by volunteers who hope to leverage the event with collections in the towns and villages along the route.
