Tourroir Good Food Ireland “touRRoir” is a cross sector global forum on food tourism and culture in Ballymaloe House on May 14 & 15 2020.

The name "touRRoir" is a portmanteau of the two words “tourism" and “terroir” Food, Tourism and Culture have become the leading hook in travel, with authenticity, the single most important movement driving consumer behaviour today. This is at the heart of touRRoir, a bi-annual global forum on food, tourism and culture global brought to you by Good Food Ireland the food tourism provenance brand for

the island of Ireland. It is a dynamic forum for dialogue, debate and discussion for strategists, marketers, policy makers and practitioners involved in any three of these sectors food, tourism and culture. touRRoir also features the International Food Tourism Hall of Fame.
