Kaizo Picnic is upon us ! Come join us for a lovely picnic in cosplay or to be in like minded company of summertime nerdiness on the high seas of UCC campus!

This is a day long event from 10 am to 6pm and here are the details! :

Event: Picnic
Time start: 10 am
Location: SU Garden UCC campus

Event: Cosplay Contest
Time start: 1 pm
Location: SU Garden UCC campus

🫧THERE ARE 3 PRIZES TO BE WON AT THE COSPLAY CONTEST! SO MATEYS GIVE IT YOUR BEST SHOT!🏴‍☠️

Event: Movie Screening (movie TBD)
Time start: 4pm
Location: Boole 3

NOTE:
🚨Ensure you are mindful of general cosplay guidelines!

💗These events are gender neutral, wheelchair accessible, sensory friendly and a social opportunity.

Important Accessibility Notice:

The lift in the Student Centre building is current Out of Order and due to operational issues, there is currently no clear timeline as to when the lift will be repaired.

It is unlikely that the lift will be functional this weekend for Kaizoku Con.

Aa such, access to the 1st and 2nd floors of the Student Centre, where the Trade Hall, the New Bar and the Cloakroom are located, will be limited to the stairs.

We understand that this creates a serious access issue for many of our attendees and we deeply apologise for this unfortunate news.
If there are any updates on the weekend, we will keep you all informed.
