These two plaques were made as prizes for the First St Nicholas A.C Male and Female Athletes to finish the Thomas Kent 10km race today, as the 2019 medal was based on Kent Bridge in Fermoy across which Thomas and William Kent were famously photographed while in the custody of the Imperial Forces, I decided to make two very unique plaques for this occasion. Well done Dave and Aoife.

This Plaque features the Music for the Pipe tune" Thomas Kent Lament ", it also features Pipe Major Barry Murphy, Castlelyons Pipe Band - who composed the tune - playing the Lament for the first time publicly in Collins Barracks Cork on the Centenary of Thomas Kent's ex*****on.
