It has taken two years to source our new baby!!
The droughts in Spain along with so much corruption in the police oil sector has left us in recent years in a quandary as to what to trust. The answer? Go find it ourselves!!
Walk the land, walk the olive groves, meet the grower, meet the miller, taste, rinse, repeat!!
Finally ot has landed -our own extra virgin olive oil that we can stand over, that's is trustworthy as well as delicious. We collab'd with master oil maker Sergio Lis in Aragon to come up with two style extra virgin olive oils.
Vera's Spanish Arbequina has a slightly later harvest which shows in its more mellow ripe tropical fruitiness- fantastic for your everyday
