"Challenging" and "Character Building" were just some of the many ways today could have been described but thank you to each and everyone of you who braved the conditions and completed this years WLCC ladies Sportif.

Despite the sideways rain and driving wind, there were nothing but smiles at the finish line. Congratulations to all of you, you should be very proud.

📝📝 There will be sign on available on the morning of the event from 9am

🚴🚴 Cyclists depart at 10am from ballinrobe race course

We have tea and coffee before departure with a DJ to get to get you pumped up 🎶🎶🎶

There will also be a food stop 26km in and again at the finish. We will also have lots of home baked goodies😋😋😋

So what can you expect from our Ladies Sportif Route - A scenic Lap of Lough Mask. 🏞️🌄🚵

At just over 60km, the route is achievable by most cyclists with a basic level of fitness.💪💪💪

Our food stop is 26km in at Marie Luke's bar with unbelievable views over the lake. 🍪🍪🥪🥪🍩🍩😋😋

After this, there is a slightly challenging climb at Maumtrasna but you will have lots of cyclists to encourage you all the way to the top 🙌🙌🫶🫶

It's plain sailing after this as you make your way home via the beautiful Clonbur and all the amazing views
