The Micro Business Awards community mourns the sudden and tragic loss of Natasha Gillies, founder of Diamond Events, who passed away recently in Spain.

Natasha held a special place in the history of the awards. She was a former category winner and a steadfast supporter of the organization for a decade. We will always look back fondly on her role as the Master of Ceremonies at our inaugural awards event in 2016, where her talent and grace shone brightly.

The Board and the entire Micro Business Awards network offer our sincerest condolences to Natasha’s family and friends. Our thoughts are with them during this period of mourning. May she rest in peace. 🤍🕊️
