Santa will arrive on 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐭 𝟓:𝟑𝟎𝐩𝐦 at his 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐮𝐛, 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 (𝐍𝟒𝟏 𝐄𝟖𝐇𝟎).

It’s just €3 to visit Santa and pick up some goodies, so bring the kids along for the festive fun.

𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞: Look after your furry friends during the fireworks later in the evening.

Abbey Rovers will also be there serving hot drinks as part of a separate fundraiser.

We’re putting together a promotional video to capture the magic of the Ballinamore Family Festival – and we’d love your little ones to be part of it! 💚

👧👦 All they need to do is tell us their favourite event (apart from the funfair 😉).

Maybe it was the epic water fight, the buzz of live music, a splash of kayaking, the creativity of the art sessions – or even the fun of sliding down the clinic handrail? Have a flick through the brochure to jog their memory of all the events!

On behalf of the committee, we want to say THANK YOU to everyone who made this year’s Ballinamore Family Festival such a success.

👏 To our sponsors, those who donated money, time, and resources – your generosity keeps this festival alive.
👏 To our amazing volunteers, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes – you are the backbone of this event.
👏 To our brilliant junior committee, who got stuck in at every event and never hesitated when asked for help – the festival simply wouldn’t have run as smoothly without you!
👏 To all who came out, got involved, and filled the town with life and laughter – thank you for bringing the true spirit of the festival to Ballinamore.
👏 To the fabulous music acts who kept us dancing and singing throughout the week – your performances brought such energy and joy to the festival.
👏 To everyone who ran events, shared your talents, and gave your time – from family fun days and workshops to hikes & fishing – you helped make this year’s programme something truly special.

As John Harte reminded us at the opening, this festival was founded almost 60 years ago to bring home those who had emigrated, giving everyone one special week to reconnect. We are so proud that tradition continues today – welcoming back familiar faces year after year, and even greeting new ones who discovered the festival through word of mouth (Let's keep that going!!)
