A big thank you to everyone, such an epic day.

The event was totally organised by Lough Allen Adventure students, not only did they run the event but they also trained 32 students from 2 secondary schools in the area over 8 days to become proficient in kayaking and windsurfing up to "get up and go" and level 2 standard, to prepare them to cross the 5.3km wide lake.

Hello everyone! Lough Allen Adventure are running the Trans-Allen Crossing on the 17th of April.

For this epic challenge participants can Row, Sail or Paddle the 5.3 KM from Spencer harbour To Cleighran Beg (Just beside the centre)

We will also be running kayaking and windsurfing taster sessions.

10 euro per person, (includes technical T shirt for the first 50 people to sign up) Food and refreshments post event, followed by awards ceremony.
Showers also available!

The event will be fully supervised by trained staff
