We are proud to introduce the panel of professional Judge who will lead the judging process at the Permanent Make-Up (PMU) Indonesia Festival 2026.

Marieta Bozga is a Master PMU Artist, International Judge, Speaker, and expert in colorimetry and pigmentology from Germany 🇩🇪. She is also the founder of Marieta Academy, recognized for her professionalism, artistic vision, and dedication to beauty and aesthetics.

In 2019, Marieta received the prestigious ✨️PRO ARTIST MICROBLADING PMU WORLD✨️ title, marking her excellence in the permanent makeup industry. Through collaborations with some of the greatest PMU masters worldwide, she has developed strong international expertise and advanced techniques in permanent makeup.

Coming from a photography background, Marieta has always been passionate about art and beauty. Her perfectionism and educational approach inspired her to create the signature “Pixels Brows” technique, known for its refined and natural results.

With her passion for education and limitless desire to share knowledge, Marieta Bozga continues inspiring PMU artists worldwide through training, international events, and professional mentorship.

We are proud to introduce the panel of professional Judge who will lead the judging process at the Permanent Make-Up (PMU) Indonesia Festival 2026.

Elena Oprea is a Permanent Makeup Artist from Germany 🇩🇪 with international experience in the PMU industry. Originally from Romania, she has been based in Germany since 2008 and has been professionally active in PMU since 2018.

Her work is recognized for its precision, clean technique, and natural aesthetic, with a strong focus on brows and lips. In 2024, Elena achieved 3rd Place at Browista Germany in the Hair Stroke category and was invited as a demo speaker at the Worldwide Eyebrow Festival in Rotterdam (ERA Festival) and WULOP Holland. She also appeared as a non-stop speaker in Dubai, presenting her modern PMU techniques and artistic approach.

In 2025, Elena continued her international journey as a demo speaker in Rio de Janeiro. She is also the co-founder of a PMU Academy in Leverkusen, Germany, where she combines experience, creativity, and professional education to deliver high-level PMU training and results.

Olga Lutz is an international Permanent Makeup Artist and PMU Educator from Germany 🇩🇪 with over 20 years of experience in the beauty and aesthetic industry. Her professional journey has expanded across Switzerland, Russia, Poland, Dubai, and Spain, specializing in permanent makeup, aesthetic care, laser treatments, and tattoo removal.

With 18 years of expertise in laser and tattoo removal, Olga is recognized for her personalized approach, safety standards, and natural long-lasting PMU results. For the past 15 years, she has also been actively working as a trainer and training manager, delivering certified PMU education programs including PMU Suisse and brevet fédéral PMU.

Since 2018, Olga has participated in international congresses as a speaker and has served as a judge at various international PMU championships, reflecting her dedication to excellence, innovation, and professional education in the PMU industry.

Anastasiia Ivashchenko is a Professional Permanent Makeup Artist from the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 and the creator of the Natural Aesthetics Technique, recognized for her elegant, authentic, and natural approach to permanent makeup artistry.

She became one of the first PMU artists to showcase real and unedited lip results — not enlarged or artificially perfected, but naturally enhanced with subtle and refined permanent makeup techniques. Her artistic vision focuses on highlighting authentic beauty while creating soft, harmonious, and realistic results.

As the founder of her own PMU Academy, Anastasiia actively educates and mentors aspiring artists, sharing her knowledge, creativity, and modern techniques with the international PMU community. Jowita Mackiewicz is a Permanent Makeup and Aesthetic Medicine Specialist from the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 with more than 7 years of experience in the beauty industry. Known for her precision, professionalism, and artistic approach, she continuously develops her expertise through international trainings and beauty conferences.
She is the owner of a beauty clinic in Małdyty, Poland, specializing in advanced PMU and aesthetic treatments. Jowita is also recognized for her achievements, including 2nd Place in the Lip Pigmentation category and 5th Place at the WULOP World Championship in Ireland. She has also served as an international Judge in Turkey for the lip pigmentation category.

As an ambassador for Liera Partners, she actively supports charitable campaigns related to restorative pigmentation treatments. Recently, she conducted a masterclass on contour lip pigmentation at the Beauty Days Trade Fair in Warsaw, sharing her signature techniques and professional experience.

Anna Rupental is a Professional Permanent Makeup Artist from the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 with more than seven years of experience in the PMU industry. Known for her passion, creativity, and dedication to excellence, she continuously develops her expertise through advanced training and innovation in permanent makeup artistry.

Throughout her career, Anna has completed dozens of professional training programs and performed hundreds of permanent makeup procedures, building a strong reputation for precision, artistry, and elegant PMU results. She is also recognized for her achievements in international competitions, including winning the 2021 Polish Lips Championship in Permanent Lip Makeup and performing live lip pigmentation demonstrations at the European Championships in Poland.

In addition to her work as a PMU artist, Anna is also a court-appointed expert in permanent makeup and an experienced trainer who has conducted professional PMU courses for more than five years. Specializing in Microblading and Powder Brows, Sheila continuously develops her skills and knowledge to stay aligned with the latest techniques and innovations in the permanent makeup industry. Her commitment to excellence and attention to detail have earned her recognition in several prestigious PMU competitions.

With four postgraduate degrees in aesthetic cosmetology, Bogusława combines advanced theoretical knowledge with extensive hands-on expertise.
