This 4-day celebration of carefully curated Indonesian food is part of FIESTA FATAHILLAH (Thursday March 13th to Sunday March 16th 2014, Open from 5pm - 12am), a campaign dedicated to the revitalization of the Kota Tua (historic Old Town) part of Jakarta. THE ORGANIZERS
Fatahillah Food Festival, part of Fiesta Fatahillah, is the brainchild of JEFORAH (Jakarta Endowment for Art and Heritage), a cultural organization working to preserve and revitalize Kota Tua. In creating this festival, they work together with Hana Makarim (financial analyst, graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York), Laksmi Pamuntjak (novelist, author of the bestselling Jakarta Good Food Guide series) and Future10, the city’s leading event producer and trendsetter.
