Mulai dari Opening Ceremony hingga Carnaval di atas laut yang sangat meriah yang diikuti kurang lebih 200 Perahu serta atraksi Pembebasan Sandera Pembajakan Kapal yang di tampilkan oleh Satuan Khusus Marinir TNI AL Lantamal VIII Bitung.
