As screen times continue soar in 2024, major tech players are still controlling our digital world with their design rules and visuals. With machine learning getting smarter, their influence only grows, risking a one-size-fits-all visual culture. While the world of art offers boundless creative expression, our visual culture is significantly shaped by applied visual practices. Creative individuals and teams still play a crucial role in this process, acting as a bridge between client needs and our visual culture and we need them more than ever. POV Budapest invites top minds from a wide range of visual practices to share their work, their challenges and how they see the future unfolding in front of our eyes.

This year we designed a capsule collection for POV Budapest 2026 with OBIRI STUDIO. A shirt, a tee, a silk scarf, a cap and socks. Available at the merch store on site.

We’re really happy to welcome Elizabeth Belg, Director of Product Strategy and Operations at YouTube, to “The Weight of a Button” conversation alongside Gabor Schreier and Chris Bettig.

Elizabeth is a product and strategy leader who works at the intersection of complex technical architectures and human systems. With nearly 20 years across product development, strategy and operations, she has driven high-impact initiatives at frog, Samsung and YouTube, where she led the platform’s global rebrand.
