About our Congress
We invite you to attend the 11th IFHOH World Congress in Budapest, a historical city near the Danube River with lots of beautiful and interesting places to visit. The Congress will take place at the Hotel Helia Danubius, a wellness hotel with ample conference facilities and comfortable rooms.
Our Congress 2020 will offer food for the mind over two days. You will learn more about the life of the hard of hearing persons, and their personal and social challenges. You will be introduced to technological innovations for hearing accessibility, medical developments for better hearing, and to legislative, policy and human rights advances for hard of hearing people.
Interested in organizations at work? The Congress will be preceded by the Biennial General Meeting of the International Federation of Hard of Hearing People (IFHOH) and by the Annual General Meeting of the European Federation of Hard of Hearing People (EFHOH). As well, there will be a town hall meeting of the International Federation of Hard of Hearing Young People (IFHOHYP).
