Record your Weigh-in Video

Lightweight competitors will be required to submit a video of their weigh-in on scales with weight reading visible along with a date on the day of competition. The video evidence submitted must show the following in one video:

1️⃣The competitor’s full body and face stepping onto a digital scale in their racing clothes;
2️⃣The digital scale reading visible in kilograms, showing the weight to 0.1 kilograms;
3️⃣DISPLAY the Web Clock of the Hong Kong Observatory website ⏰ to proof date and time (https://www.hko.gov.hk/en/gts/time/clock_e.html), photo or screen capture is not accepted; and
4️⃣Competitors may use any video camera or camera phone to record this video on the condition that the quality is sufficient to see all of the above listed details.
❗Any competitor who is not able to meet the above requirements appropriately, or who fails to make weight, will not be eligible to compete in that lightweight event.

拍攝磅重影片

所有輕量級組別的參賽者必須提交個人在比賽當日的磅重影片作證明，而影片必須清晰顯示以下內容：

1️⃣參賽者磅重時需穿著比賽裝束，並以正面姿態站在電子磅上；
2️⃣電子磅上的讀數需以公斤(kg)為單位，並能夠顯示小數後至少1位的數字，即0.1公斤(kg)；
3️⃣參賽者必須展示香港天文台網上時鐘⏰的頁面（https://www.hko.gov.hk/tc/gts/time/clock_e.html）以證明時間及日期，截圖將不獲接納；及
4️⃣參賽者可以使用任何攝錄機或照相手機錄製此影片，並符合以上內容。
❗如任何輕量級組別參賽者未能完成上述要求，或沒有進行磅重，該參賽者將不能作賽。

📣 2022 Hong Kong Rowing Virtual Indoor Championships Kicks off

In view of the severe pandemic situation across the world, particularly in Hong Kong, the annual Hong Kong Rowing Indoor Championships 🏆will be once again in virtual format. This event is suitable for all ages to participate, in which competitors can race at any time, anywhere in the world by simply having access to a 🚣🏻‍♂️ Concept2 Indoor Rowing machine.

Local rowers may borrow an indoor rowing machine for FREE 🆓 by participating in the Championships on a first-come-first-served basis. Each machine is fully disinfected by GERMAGIC™️ service🧑‍🔬, which is effective to eliminate SARS-CoV-2 and over 100+ viruses and bacteria, and safe to use.

鑑於全球疫情持續嚴峻，尤其是香港地區，每年一度的香港室內賽艇錦標賽🏆將會再一次移師至網上舉行。賽事適合任何人士參與，參賽者可以在何時間或地點使用🚣🏻‍♂️Concept2室內賽艇機就能夠輕鬆參與其中，並與世界各地的對手較技。
