今日係「世界環境日」🌳！環保署今年舉辦「美麗香港環境節」，推動全民參與源頭減廢同埋分類回收。

香港生力作為社區嘅一份子，背後一直做緊好多減碳功夫👀，即刻帶大家睇下我哋喺2025年嘅「綠色成績表」：

✅攜手 O·PARK：回收 2,338 噸釀造副產品到 O·PARK 轉化做再生能源，榮獲「減碳排放證書」！
✅綠色農業：送出 282 公噸麥渣俾城大農場做牛隻飼料，實踐「健康一體化」！
✅源頭減廢：轉用輕量化玻璃樽，成功慳咗 470 公噸玻璃原料！

一齊實踐綠色好習慣，構建美麗香港，為可持續未來乾杯！💚🍻

Today is "World Environment Day"! 🌳The Environmental Protection Department is organizing the "Beautiful Hong Kong Green Fest" this year to encourage everyone to participate in waste reduction and recycling.

As a part of the community, SMBHK has been working hard behind the scenes to reduce carbon footprint👀. Let's have a look at San Miguel’s "Green Performance" for 2025:

✅Partnering with O·PARK: We recycled 2,338 tonnes of brewing by-products to O·PARK to be converted into renewable energy, earning a "Carbon Reduction Certificate"!
✅Green Agriculture: We delivered 282 tonnes of spent grain to the CityU Farm as cattle feed, practicing the concept of "One Health"!
✅Source Reduction: By switching to lightweight glass bottles, we successfully saved 470 tonnes of glass raw materials!

We, the SMBHK Volunteer Team, recently helped TWGHs Jockey Club Rehabilitation Centre restore the rooftop farm — putting sustainability into action, one seedling at a time. 🌱

This is more than just a farming space. It's a meaningful green initiative: future harvests will go to the TWGHs-run Café, bringing fresh, healthy ingredients — and a sense of hope — right to the community table. ☕🥗

每一位偉大嘅媽媽 —母親節快樂！🌹

在職媽媽嘅生活，有時就好似釀酒一樣，需要時間、心機，更多嘅係一份不變嘅堅持。🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️

前幾日我哋問咗幾位在職媽媽一條簡單問題：

👉🏻「返工湊仔兩邊走，有咩會令你笑一笑？」

佢哋話：
💕「無論幾點收工，個仔聽到開門聲就會一路叫我寶貝，一路飛奔過嚟攬住我！」
💕「臨瞓嗰陣，阿女同我講『媽咪辛苦喇，聽日早啲返嚟陪我吖』。」
💕「同啱傾嘅同事或者朋友食飯時咩都笑一餐，你串下我，我串下你！」

當然仲有好多「堅撐你」瞬間：
🛋️ 女女貼心地幫瞓係梳化嘅媽媽冚被
💬 仔仔病咗，上司二話不說就批假嘅「OK！」
💪 工作遇上突發狀況？不安同擔心之間，答案係同事們嘅互相補位

在職媽媽唔容易，日日要喺職場同家庭之間「輕盈」轉身 — 但係你哋總係撐得住，做得好，仲要用心去做。

A few days ago, we asked some of our Super Moms:

👉🏻"Balancing work and family is a marathon — what’s one moment that makes you smile?"

Here’s what they shared:

💕 "No matter how late I get home, the moment my son hears the door, he calls me 'Baby' and runs to give me a big hug!"

💕 "Before bedtime, my daughter whispers: 'Mommy, you’ve worked hard today. Come home early to play with me tomorrow, okay?'"

💕 "Sharing a meal with colleagues or friends —we joke around, tease each other, and laugh the stress away!"

And then there are those "we’ve got your back" moments:

🛋️ Finding your daughter quietly tucking a blanket over you when you fall asleep on the sofa

💬 Getting a supportive "OK!" from your supervisor when your son is sick – no questions, no guilt

💪 Walking into a sudden crisis at work, only to find your teammates have already covered for you

Being a working mother is no easy feat. It’s a constant balancing act between the career and family – but you do it with strength, grace, and heart.
