The Green Kitchen Initiative is a collaborative programme created by Swire Properties to help F&B venues operate as sustainably as possible – and Taikoo Place community fave lunch spot 糖廠小廚 Tong Chong Kitchen was recently awarded their highest “Three Leaf” rating for its sustainability efforts!

We chatted to Michael (Area Back of House & Event Production Manager) and Julien (Director of Operations) from their team to find out how they’ve been consciously and sustainably sourcing their ingredients and implementing eco-friendly practices.

Swire Properties《環境績效約章》（GPP）作為促進業主與租戶攜手合作的開創性平台，一直凝聚各方力量，共同實踐可持續發展目標。

GPP論壇以「Beyond Pledges: Powering Progress to 2050」為主題，匯聚租戶及業界領袖，共同探討企業如何在充滿變數的環境下提升韌性。論壇同時分享太古地產最新的《2050可持續發展策略》，促進交流與合作，共同推動可持續發展。

Swire Properties Green Performance Pledge (GPP) has been a pioneering platform for facilitating landlord-tenant collaboration to achieve our shared sustainability goals.

Our GPP Forum 2026 “Beyond Pledges: Powering Progress to 2050” introduced Swire Properties’ SD 2050 Vision, and brought tenants together to discuss how corporates resolute to resilience during times of change.
