1.2 💳 購票與付款方式 | Purchase & Payment Methods
· 🌍 全球通用 PayPal 付款，不接受其他支付方式（現場票銷售除外）。
Global payments are accepted via PayPal only. No other payment methods are available (with the exception of Walk-in ticket sales on the event day).
· 📢 官方購票連結 將通過官方社交平台（Solarhousë Records, Arkuën 及合作單位）發布。🚫 嚴禁轉售或溢價交易。
Official ticket links will be published exclusively through our official social media channels (Solarhousë Records, Arkuën, and partner organisations). The 🚫 unauthorised resale or resale above face value is strictly prohibited.
1.3 ⚠️ 入場須知 | Entry Requirements
· 所有參加者必須於入場時出示 🆔 有效身份證明文件（香港身份證或護照）及 🎟️ 有效電子票券（QR Code） 核驗。
All attendees must present a 🆔 valid photo ID (Hong Kong Identity Card or Passport) and a 🎟️ valid e-ticket (QR Code) for verification upon entry.
· 此為 🔞 嚴格 18+ 活動。工作人員有權驗證任何參加者的年齡，拒絕配合者將被拒入場且不予退款。
This is a strictly 🔞 18+ event. Staff reserve the right to verify the age of any attendee. Refusal to comply will result in denied entry without a refund.
· ❗ 所有門票一經售出，恕不退換（如因主辦方取消活動，將另行公告退款安排）。
❗ All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, except in the event of cancellation by the Organiser, for which a separate refund policy will be announced.

2. ⚖️ 客戶爭議處理機制 | Customer Dispute Resolution
2.1 🔍 爭議範圍 | Scope of Disputes
· 包括但不限於：票務交易糾紛、入場資格爭議、活動現場服務問題、購票系統技術錯誤等。
Disputes may include, but are not limited to: ticketing transaction issues, entry eligibility disagreements, on-site service complaints, and technical errors within the ticketing system.
2.2 📝 處理流程 | Resolution Process
1. 第一步 Step 1: 📧 客戶需通過電郵 [email protected] 提交申訴，並附上相關證明（訂單編號、付款記錄、問題說明等）。
The customer must submit a formal complaint via email to [email protected], including all relevant documentation (order number, payment receipt, description of the issue, etc.).
2. 第二步 Step 2: ⏳ 客服團隊將於 3個工作日內 回覆初步解決方案（如重發票券、協調入場等）。
Our customer service team will respond with a preliminary resolution within 3 working days (e.g., re-issuing a ticket, coordinating entry).
3. 第三步 Step 3: 🔄 若客戶對初步方案不滿，可要求升級至 高級客服經理 重新審核，並於 5個工作日內 獲得最終決定。
If the customer is dissatisfied with the initial resolution, they may request an escalation to a Senior Customer Service Manager for review. A final decision will be provided within 5 working days.
2.3 👑 主辦方最終決定權 | Organiser’s Final Decision Authority
· 所有爭議解決方案均以 Solarhousë Records 及合作主辦單位 的最終解釋與決定為準，權利包括但不限於：
All dispute resolutions are subject to the final interpretation and binding decision of Solarhousë Records and its co-organising partners. This includes, but is not limited to, the rights to:
· 🚫 拒絕疑似詐騙或違規購票者入場。
Deny entry to individuals suspected of fraudulent or unauthorised ticket purchases.
· 🔧 調整現場安排（如座位、排隊動線）。
Adjust on-site arrangements (e.g., seating, queue management).
· ⚠️ 因安全或不可抗力因素中止或暫停活動。
Terminate or suspend the event due to safety concerns or force majeure circumstances.

3. ⚖️ 法律行動與免責聲明 | Legal Actions & Disclaimer
3.1 🏛️ 法律管轄與適用法律 | Governing Law & Jurisdiction
· 本活動所有條款受 🇭🇰 香港特別行政區法律 管轄，任何法律行動須提交 🏛️ 香港法院 審理。
All terms and conditions for this event are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the 🇭🇰 Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any legal proceedings must be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the 🏛️ courts of Hong Kong.
3.2 📝 主辦方保留權利 | Organiser’s Reserved Rights
· 主辦方有權隨時修改活動細節（包括陣容、時間表、場地安排），並盡可能通過官方渠道提前通知。
The Organiser reserves the right to modify event details (including lineup, schedule, venue arrangements) at any time. Advance notice will be provided through official channels where possible.
· 🚫 嚴禁任何未授權的商業拍攝、錄音或直播行為，違者將被驅離現場並可能追究法律責任。
🚫 Unauthorised commercial photography, audio/video recording, or live streaming is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed from the venue and may face legal consequences.
3.3 🤝 參與者責任 | Participant Responsibilities
· 參與者需自行負責個人財物與人身安全。主辦方對因個人行為導致的任何損失、損壞或傷害不承擔賠償責任。
Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings and safety during the event. The Organiser shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from an individual's actions.
· 如因不可抗力因素（如天災、疫情、政府政策變動）導致活動取消，主辦方僅有義務提供退款或延期安排，💰 不提供額外賠償。
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics, government policy changes), the Organiser's sole obligation is to provide a refund or reschedule the event. 💰 No additional compensation will be offered.
3.4 🚨 違規處理 | Violation Handling
· 任何構成騷擾、暴力或破壞公共秩序的行為，將導致 👮 立即被驅離現場、報警處理，並永久禁止參與未來相關活動。
Any behaviour constituting harassment, violence, or disruption of public order will result in 👮 immediate removal from the venue, reporting to the police, and a permanent ban from all future events organised by the parties involved.
