Music elites from around the world will gather on the stage of the world's largest science museum, delivering a cross-cultural musical extravaganza and bringing a world-class arts feast to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area!

香港電臺第四臺旗艦節目《一帶一路音樂之旅 —— 海上絲路篇》即將迎來收官之作，香港國際音樂節及 AIGC 文化數字內容大賽主席許俊輝先生、華鳴獎流行音樂大賽主席邱紅櫻女士應邀擔任特邀嘉賓，與主持人陳明志教授展開深度對談，共同探討數智時代背景下，海上絲路音樂傳承、AI 技術應用與中國音樂文化出海的全新路徑。

本次節目為系列第九集（收官集），定於2026 年 4 月 26 日（周日）上午 11 時正式播出，並圍繞 “AI 與音樂絲路”“流行音樂文化出海” 兩大核心議題展開權威分享。

一、許俊輝主席：AI 技術賦能新時代海上音樂絲路

許俊輝主席將以《數智時代的絲路迴響 —— 當 AI 遇見海上音樂之路》為題，深度分享 AIGC 技術在音樂創作、文化傳承與國際交流中的實踐與思考。

他提出，我們正處在全新的時代風口，昔日海上絲路傳遞香料、樂器與樂譜，今日光纖傳遞數據、演算法與算力，技術從來不是文化的敵人，而是承載文化航行的船。香港國際音樂節舉辦 AIGC 文化數字內容大賽，正是要讓 AI 成為音樂航程裏的新船員，助力還原失傳樂器音色、模擬古代港口聲音景象，成為作曲家與古老傳統對話的橋樑。

他強調，AI 可以模仿細微聲音，卻無法理解音符背後的歷史彎曲與情感溫度。我們的核心方向並非 “用 AI 取代人”，而是“用 AI 連接人”，如同海上絲路連接港口與人，讓過去的聲音被今日聽見，讓彼岸的聲音互相對望，這正是數智時代絲路音樂的 “創造性迴響”，也是香港國際音樂節與 AIGC 大賽持續努力的方向。

二、邱紅櫻女士：大眾音樂開啟文化出海新航程
邱紅櫻女士將以《從香料到數據 —— 大眾音樂的「文化出海」新航程》為主題，分享音樂出海的核心邏輯。
她指出，音樂出海從來不是單向輸出，而是雙向相遇，海上絲路本身就是一條古老的流行音樂傳播通道。華鳴獎鼓勵創作者將文化根脈融入流行創作，讓傳統以更貼近大眾的方式走向國際，用音樂搭建無國界的溝通橋樑。
陳明志教授以《一帶一路音樂之旅》搭建了這個兼具深度與溫度的平臺，讓聽眾在「數智年代」重新聆聽音樂的內涵與發展。香港國際音樂節將繼續肩負這份使命，以科技連結人文，讓絲路迴響傳得更遠、更久。

Do you still remember? For the past twelve editions, the Hong Kong International Music Festival has welcomed music lovers from around the world by the shores of Hong Kong. This year, we are embracing a milestone leap —

The final week of the 13th edition will be held for the first time in a Greater Bay Area mainland city!

With the support of the Hong Kong SAR government, we hope to give participants from all over the world the opportunity to experience our country's magnificent landscapes, thriving development, and warm inclusiveness. At the same time, Hong Kong will continue to leverage its unique advantages as a "Center for Cultural and Arts Exchange Between China and Other Countries", allowing the beauty of music to transcend borders and connect us all.

The finals will maintain the tradition of having 70% international judges!
