🏆 第一屆Trail X 🏆

首屆Trail X — 一個從不同方向登九龍坑山的賽事已於上週日圓滿落幕，兩個距離及男女組別分別誕生共4位 Hill Masters！👑🏔️

在酷熱潮濕的天氣下，適當的補水非常關鍵。我們特別提早在上午 10 點開放CP3，向所有第二登的參賽者提供可樂和水。

🏆 1st Edition of Trail X 🏆
The 1st edition of the only race daring enough to tackle Cloudy Hill from all directions was held successfully last Sunday and crowned our 4 Hill Masters! 👑🏔️

With scorching temperatures and high humidity, hydration was key to avoiding cramps. Our strategy was to open CP3 at 10am, serving up Coke and water to fuel runners from the second climb.
