What does it take to lead with vision — while governing with purpose?
For Mr Alvin Lee, Executive Director of FSE Lifestyle Services Limited, effective directorship begins with a firm foundation: fiduciary duties are non-negotiable. Yet strong governance also requires something more — a boardroom where constructive challenge is not merely accepted, but actively encouraged.
As recipient of the 2025 Directors Of The Year Award – Listed Companies, Executive Directors Category, Mr Lee shares with The 21st Century Director how he approaches leadership across governance, risk, innovation, talent and sustainability.
