One of my old blood donation records. Over forty years have elapsed since the date of my donation of blood at the PTU HQs in January 1980. I am no longer allowed to donate blood, having studied laws and stayed in England for over four years, in the early 80s, the medical reason being that I may have contracted mad cow disease whilst I was staying in England. I feel quite upset for this restriction as I would have been able to obtain the Regular Blood donor's recognition by the HK Red Cross, after having donated 30+ times of blood!

Time really flies! Law of Contract: the legal differences between an executed contract and an executory contract. By way of an example, a promise to marry (used to be a sort of legally enforceable contract, but no longer the case!), has remained an executory contract, yet to be executed, after a lapse of almost 36 years (2024 - 1988). Indeed, it is unlikely to be executed, bearing in mind the present ages of the parties concerned and their respective marital status.
