Karma Yoga Girls Karma Yoga - Yoga of Selfless Action. Community yoga classes led by a group of karma yoga girls! All Each class has a minimum donation of HK$80. Do Good Do Yoga.

Aim of Karma Yoga Girls - To selflessly help others by means of yoga. Karma Yoga Girls is a group of 200RYTs (Registered Yoga Teachers with Yoga Alliance) who gather to lead community yoga classes every other weekend. We aim to help the needy through donating all proceeds to registered charitable organizations. However, you are always welcome to donate more if you think the class is worthwhile! All proceeds deducting costs will be donated to registered charitable organizations (the beneficiary will rotate monthly). Our classes will be mostly in Hatha-Vinyasa style and are suitable for all practitioners. We especially welcome first timers :)

Classes will be conducted in English with support of Cantonese. Spaces are limited, so please RSVP. Stay tuned for our upcoming events. For all enquiries, you are always welcome to leave us a message at our page (www.facebook.com/karmayogagirls) or send us an email ([email protected]). Namaste.
