Practica Corchacha · 無敵霹靂艱辛練習小組 A practica for those who are fond of basic exercises Yes, that involves repetitive and very basic exercises. No guided practice in between.

About the Practica:

Part 1 (30 mins): Basic Drills and Walking Practice with Eugene and Cor
We will share our regular drills in part 1. We are serious about practice, if you would like to join Part 1, you are expected to join all exercises and not taking a rest on the side
Note: Please wear pants and bring socks

Part 2 (2 hour 30 mins): Open Practice
Part 2 will be open practice time for you to

focus on your practice plan. We are happy to share our thoughts with you if you run out of practice ideas.

Some House Rules:

This is a pure practice, please note that no drinks and snacks will be provided. Indeed, no eating and drinking is allowed in the studio with the exception of water. COVID health protocols will be respected. Please note that we may make necessary modifications to the event so as to comply with the latest COVID rules and requirements. We shall comply with any studio rules and policies as required by the venue management. (so that we will not be kicked out ;p)
