1. 關掉所有水龍頭

✅ 氣體管道槽或掣房的通風口被阻塞
✅ 大廈附近地下氣體喉管受掘地工程影響

要改善以上問題絕對有方法,以下是改善方法及跟進注意事項:
⭕ 氣體管道槽及掣房的通風口不可被阻塞,須立即移除阻塞物;氣體管道槽及掣房應有適當的通風設施,以防止有洩漏時在管道槽及掣房內積聚可燃氣體的危險

⭕ 若懷疑挖掘工程影響地下氣體喉管,應參照相關氣體安全條例,事先諮詢氣體供應公司,及向向氣體供應公司索取地下喉管位置資料
⭕ 用合適探測器對地下喉管進行探測,然後用人手開挖探孔進一步確定地下喉管位置
⭕ 在現場作出標示確保挖掘人員知悉喉管位置,喉管一米範圍內避免使用機械挖掘

✅ The gas duct slot or the ventilation opening of the switch room is blocked
✅ The underground gas pipe near the building is affected by the excavation works

There are definitely ways to improve the above problems. The following are the improvement methods and follow-up precautions:
⭕ The ventilation openings of the gas duct trough and the switch room should not be blocked, and the obstruction must be removed immediately; the gas duct trough and the switch room should have proper ventilation facilities to prevent the accumulation of flammable gas in the pipeline trough and the switch room in case of leakage danger

⭕ If you suspect that the excavation works will affect the underground gas pipes, you should consult the gas supply company in advance with reference to the relevant gas safety regulations, and obtain the location information of the underground pipes from the gas supply company
⭕ Use suitable detectors to detect underground pipes, and then manually excavate exploration holes to further determine the location of underground pipes

✅ 氣體喉管被裝修工人損壞
✅ 棚架以氣體喉管作支撐

要改善以上問題絕對有方法,以下是改善方法及跟進注意事項:
⭕ 若察覺有氣體洩漏,應立即在安全及沒有煤氣或石油氣味的地方致電有關氣體供應公司的緊急事故熱線或999
⭕ 進行室內裝修工程或其他鑽鑿工程前,須先關掉煤氣或石油氣錶前總掣及爐具開關掣
⭕ 進行天花維修工程前,留意會否損壞上層藏地台的氣體喉管
⭕ 用金屬探測器探勘牆內氣體喉管的確實位置
⭕ 張貼告示牌以識別氣體喉管位置
⭕ 加重喉管的負荷會損壞喉管,甚至導致漏氣,應要求相關棚架搭建商更改棚架支撐位置

There are definitely ways to improve the above problems. The following are the improvement methods and follow-up precautions:
⭕ If you notice a gas leak, immediately call the emergency hotline of the gas supply company or 999 in a safe place with no gas or oil smell
⭕ Before carrying out interior decoration works or other drilling works, the front main switch of the gas or LPG meter and the stove switch must be turned off
⭕ Before carrying out the ceiling repair work, pay attention to whether the gas pipe of the upper Tibetan platform will be damaged
⭕ Use a metal detector to detect the exact location of the gas pipe in the wall
⭕ Post a sign to identify the location of the gas pipe
⭕ Increasing the load on the pipes will damage the pipes and even lead to air leakage. The relevant scaffolding builder should be requested to change the supporting position of the scaffolding
