The 7th Indonesia No.1 International Smart City Expo & Forum 2024

The "Hong Kong Pavilion" funded by the Trade and Industrial Organisation Support Fund of the Trade and Industry Department of the Hong Kong Administrative Region and organized by the Hong Kong Software Industry Association had an outstanding debut at The 7th Indonesia No.1 International Smart City Expo & Forum 2024. 20 quality products, solutions, and services were showcased to highlight Hong Kong’s ICT industry creativity and accomplishments, demonstrate its competitive edge in innovative technologies, and foster exchanges between Hong Kong’s IT professionals and entrepreneurs and their global counterparts.

The organizers of “Hong Kong Pavilion” are honoured to have had Miss Libera Cheng,Director-General of Jakarta Economic and Trade Office and Mr.Hlilton Law, Vice President of Hong Kong Software Industry Association, who were the officiating guests. They joined Mr. Kenny Chien, Chairman of the Hong Kong Software Industry Association, in the Pavilion's Official Opening Ceremony.
“The Promotion of Hong Kong Outstanding Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Industries in the ASEAN Markets” Project revolves around four major technology exhibitions, with IISMEX2024 being the third event. The "Hong Kong Pavilion" has drawn an overwhelming response from visitors worldwide who are impressed by the innovative products and competitive edge of Hong Kong's ICT industry.

The "Hong Kong Pavilion" aims to promote Hong Kong as "Asia’s ICT Hub" and not just showcase its outstanding exhibits but also a pavilion full of innovative ideas. The Pavilion features modern and interactive designs to demonstrate the uniqueness and capability of Hong Kong. Twenty Hong Kong entrepreneurs and startups set up individual exhibition booths to showcase their latest products and services and provide a platform for Hong Kong’s ICT industry to connect with overseas clients, industry buyers, and professionals from around the globe.
