Melos Rosin High-quality handmade rosins for bow instruments. Melos Rosin is a family-run company established in 2002 in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Our main purpose was to create high quality, handmade products, freshly produced only upon order for string musicians all over the world. Every day we make sure that we fulfill that purpose. Melos Rosins are made by using exclusively high quality Greek pine tree raw resin and colophony combined with the finest of other natural ingredients, which are carefully selected by local suppliers to reassur

e their freshness and pureness, and deliver the highest standard. After numerous experiments and thorough testings with different strings, instrument bodies and temperatures, we established a product line which efficiently delivers under any condition for every bow instrument. Our top priority is to enrich the musician’s experience and to give them the opportunity to rediscover their instrument’s sound as never before by providing a pure, handmade product. Our products guarantee a warm, full and balanced sound without any unexpected noises or dust, in all kinds of bowing techniques, for violin, viola, cello, bass & traditional instruments.
