🎶 Gong Bath Meditation 🎶
with Vasiliki Kousouni ( )& Anastasios (Azio) Mantzoukas ( ) at Equinox Reflections Retreat 🌗🌞

Just as water cleanses the body, sound and vibration cleanse us from within. In this Gong Bath we will immerse in waves of healing frequencies that bring deep relaxation, energetic balance and emotional release. The sacred sounds of gongs, handpans, didgeridoo and more create a “sound massage” that quiets the mind, harmonizes the body and awakens the spirit.

Azio weaves Yogic Arts, Tai Chi and sound healing with his lifelong passion for music and percussion.
Vasiliki, with a background in dance, yoga and sound therapy, blends art, ritual and healing into practices that restore harmony on all levels.

Agapi Apostolopoulou is the founder of Amaterra Ta**ra and the Amaterra Academy, a Ta***ic Teacher, Shaman, Intuitive Consultant and author of Alithia: A Journey of Desire, Devotion and Awakening. Blending her Greek, Ethiopian and Cypriot roots with her mother’s Ethiopian shamanic lineage, she developed Amaterra Ta**ra — a path for reconnecting with the body and the earth, healing inner polarities and engaging the senses with awareness.

Through her academy she offers trainings in Ta**ra, Shamanism and Spirituality, guiding individuals to reclaim their inner power and live with authenticity.
