The Bollywood and Multicultural Dance Festival is the only dance festival of its kind in Greece! The Biggest Extravaganza of every Summer since 2013!

The "Bollywood and Multicultural Dance Festival" as a new Institution takes place annualy every June in Greece. UNDER THE AEGIS OF INTERNATIONAL DANCE COUNCIL (CID – UNESCO)

It's a Festival of unique cultural quality and it's a great cultural event at the artistic activities during the summer period in Athens. The Festival is under the aegis of the International Dance Council (CID-UNESCO) and is

being organized by Artistic Studio Oriental Expression in collaboration with the Indo-Hellenic Society for Culture and Development. The Festival is usually being held at the historical greek dance Theatre “Dora Stratou” anchored at the centre of Athens with a view of the green hill of Filopappou. Greece has always been a crossroad between East and West, where diverse cultures met and have been formed throughout thousands or years. From India and Middle East to North Africa and the Mediterranean Basin, cultures come to close contact by exchanging various characteristics mainly related to culture and all forms of Art. The Festival aims to highlight these particular features emphasizing on the Arts of Dance and Music, and to provide the opportunity for those interested to discover the magic and the beauty of this peaceful gathering of nations – beyond geographical boundaries – at this modern world that we live in. In the limits of the festival dancers, musicians, singers as well as intellectual people from Greece and abroad will participate. In addition, workshops will take place in combination with presentations, performances, lectures, bazaars and lots of other activities. Specifically, the participants will have the opportunity to attend to a variety of dance and music workshops from Master teachers, who will visit Greece from many countries. Cultural organizations, dance troupes but also individual artists (singers, dancers etc) who would like to participate in the Festival can address to the following agencies in charge.
