Ο Εμίλιο παρακολούθησε το πρόγραμμα όπερας του Curtis Institute of Music το 2024 και πρόσφατα αποφοίτησε από το Μουσικό Ωδείο του Πανεπιστημίου του Σινσιννάτι. Έχει ερμηνεύσει σημαντικούς ρόλους σε αριστουργήματα του κλασικού ρεπερτορίου όπως Δον Πασκουάλε, Οι γάμοι του Φίγκαρο, Διδώ και Αινείας, Ο Ορφέας στον Άδη, Τζιάννι Σκίκκι, Λα Μποέμ και Αγαθούλης. Meet baritone Emilio Vásquez from Texas, one of the outstanding talents you can enjoy at the Curtis on Tour at the Gennadius Library, 3–5 October 2025.

Emilio joined the opera program at the Curtis Institute of Music in 2024 and recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. He has performed major roles in classics such as Don Pasquale, Le nozze di Figaro, Dido and Aeneas, Orpheus in the Underworld, Gianni Schicchi, La bohème and Candide. Come and hear him live!

Η Νικάν ολοκλήρωσε πρόσφατα το πτυχίο Μουσικής με ειδίκευση στην ερμηνεία στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Τορόντο και από το 2024 παρακολουθεί το πρόγραμμα όπερας του Curtis Institute of Music. Έχει αποσπάσει πολλά βραβεία σε φεστιβάλ και διαγωνισμούς και διαθέτει πλούσια εμπειρία από συμμετοχές σε ποικίλα μουσικά σύνολα. Σας περιμένουμε να την ακούσουμε από κοντά!

Nikan recently earned her Bachelor of Music in performance from the University of Toronto and has been studying in the opera program at the Curtis Institute of Music since 2024. She has won numerous prizes at festivals and competitions and brings a wealth of ensemble experience. Come and hear her live!

Jeysla has been attending the opera program at the Curtis Institute of Music since 2024. She has won several awards in music competitions and performed roles in major works at both Curtis and the Miami University Opera Theater. She promises to amaze us with her vocal abilities. Let’s hear her!

🎶✨ Γνωρίστε τη 19χρονη κιθαρίστα από την Κίνα, Ξίνγκξινγκ Γιάο, ένα από τα αστέρια που θα θαυμάσουμε στις Νύχτες Κλασικής Μουσικής στη Γεννάδειο Βιβλιοθήκη, 3–5 Οκτωβρίου 2025.

Η Ξίνγκξινγκ ξεκίνησε μαθήματα κιθάρας σε ηλικία τριών ετών και έχει ήδη κερδίσει πολλά βραβεία σε όλη την Ασία. Εισήχθη στο Curtis Institute of Music το 2020. Έχει ερμηνεύσει σόλο και κομμάτια μουσικής δωματίου σε πολλές συναυλίες στις ΗΠΑ. Εκτός από παραδοσιακό ρεπερτόριο για κιθάρα, ερμηνεύει νέα μουσικά κομμάτια, συνθέσεις σπουδαίων μουσικών.

Meet 19-year-old guitarist Xingxing Yao from China, one of the stars who will be performing at the Nights of Classical Music at the Gennadius Library, 3–5 October.

Xingxing started learning the guitar at age three and has already won multiple awards across Asia. She entered the Curtis Institute of Music in 2020. She has performed solo and chamber pieces in concerts in the US. Besides traditional guitar repertoires, she performs new music composed by various important musicians.
